Scientific and technical foundation
Established tools, transparent methods.
SeriFlow is not intended to replace specialist scientific software. It is designed to link the method, version, measurement, source image and reviewer back to the operational record.

ImageJ / ImageJ2
Scientific image processing and analysis; a candidate for referenced measurements of eggs, larvae, leaves and cocoons.
ImageJ public domain; ImageJ2 stack primarily BSD-2.
Fiji
A batteries-included ImageJ distribution for reproducible image-analysis workflows and plugins.
GPL distribution; component licences vary.
QGIS
Open-source GIS for orchards, inspections, collection points and programme territories.
GPLv2+; the deployment model requires review.
PostgreSQL
A proven open-source database candidate for operational records, audit history and reporting.
PostgreSQL Licence.Every library, plugin, distribution route and commercial deployment must be reviewed separately. Project references do not imply partnership or endorsement.
APIs and existing systems
Integrate where an interface exists β without forcing replacement.
Where a client platform exposes a documented API, webhook or agreed export, SeriFlow can map identifiers, units, roles and ownership into a controlled integration.
